A simple house based on the idea of two volumes, rotating around the interconnecting space of staircase, which connects them. The overlapping south end of the upper volume, cantilevered over the entrance, provides shade to the south-facing front terrace on the ground floor. The windows of the living room and of the windows of the living rooms make use of the available views, in between the surrounding buildings, onto the valley and forest in front of the house .

The upper volume has left behind a trace of its "original position" in the form of a timber frame, holding textile shading to the terrace on the first floor.
